Curriculum

Results Coaching Systems offers one of the world's leading coach training curriculums, with thousands of coaches having successfully completed our programs across Australia and New Zealand, Europe, Africa, Asia and the USA since 1996.

We teach a brain based approach to coaching using high impact training technologies. Our programs are experiential and aim to engage and exercise every participants skills in a laboratory of learning.

While our programs have sound underpinning principles and theory, they are designed for people who want to build real coaching skills, not just increase their knowledge of the field. We find an average of 90% of our students are doing formal structured coaching within three months of beginning their training. We have a training pathway accredited by the International Coach Federation, specifically designed to be modular and flexible. Our program prepares you to apply to the ICF for either Associate Certified Coach or Professional Certified Coach, depending on your level of experience coaching.

Are you looking for a globally recognised coaching credential? Design and tailor your own training pathway to gain accreditation from the International Coach Federation.

Initial Training

These programs are entry level programs for those who have little to no coaching experience, or those more experienced non-Results coaches who are looking to develop a new skills set. These programs will give you a range of solid coaching skills to use at work, at home or in your own coaching practice.

Continuing Education

Our Continuing Education curriculum covers 6 programs that each run for 12 hours in length. These are short development programs covering a range of areas from setting up your business and finding clients to working with challenging client situations.

Specialist Education

Our Specialist Education curriculum covers 4 programs that each run for 18 hours in length. These programs are designed for coaches looking to specialise in particular areas of coaching.

Corporate Programs

We have an extensive corporate curriculum that has been utilised in over 100 projects with organisations of various size.
