Initial Training
Our curriculum has a natural flow, which depending on your development needs, can work in a number of ways. Our two first offerings are our flagship program, Intensive Coach Training, and the Art of the Coach Training Program.
Intensive Coach Training
A three month, rigorous program giving participants all the skills, tools and resources to begin coaching others formally, either in their own coaching practice, or at work.
The Intensive Coach Training is the entry level program to the Results curriculum. It is a rich and deep program where all participants are challenged to take their coaching skills to a whole new level. The aim of the program is that participants are ready to take on their first clients.
The first month focuses on key coaching communication skills - like listening, powerful questioning and clarifying. These are advanced communication exercises and we expect participants to already have well developed communication skills.
The second month applies these communication skills to the processes of coaching such as starting, running and finishing coaching sessions, setting goals, developing strategies and designing actions.
The third month weaves everything together as coaches start working with real clients. We work on real coaching scenarios and bring in the higher competencies such as coaching presence and creating awareness with clients.
The program models the principles of coaching throughout and gives each participant a powerful learning experience. Whether people are beginners in the art of working with people, or already experienced in related fields such as counselling, teaching or training, we find the program is a powerful and effective experience.

Quiet Leadership: The Art of Effective Coaching
This is a short, one day program for those wishing to develop some basic coaching skills that can be used at work or at home. This course is the perfect tester for those interested in further development as a coach.
This program is designed to give managers an introductory set of coaching skills for any situation that requires coaching.
Art of the Coach is a 2-day training program that introduces participants to the coaching conversational model that is at the core of the Results Coaching Systems' method of coaching.
This goal of this program is to provide a map and specific skills that participants can use to move any conversation from the point of being stuck or challenged, to insight and then motivated action.
It provides an approach and structure for conversations that enables participants to work with other individuals and teams to successfully move around obstacles, and to get to productive results, in a fraction of the time that most conversations and meetings require. The Conversation Model This model was developed from studying thousands of conversations, and honing in on the specific skills and techniques that have the most productive impact.
It is informed by contemporary neuroscience and adult learning theory, and is taught in the engaging high-impact learning format that is the trademark of Results trainings.
